What is included:
Five weekly group calls: carefully designed and sequenced sessions for nervous system foundations. Learn about your own unique nervous system to start effectively working with it. The calls include educational pieces, and experimental learning in a supportive group setting.
We, humans, are social beings. Group calls offer a sense of community, a chance to receive and give support, and connect with people on a similar path. There are different ways and levels of participating, connecting and sharing - there is no pressure.​
