I believe that somatic support should be available to those who feel called to this work, regardless of financial circumstances. To honour this, I offer a limited number of sliding scale and reduced-fee sessions for individuals with lower income. If you feel this applies to you, please reach out and we can discuss what feels sustainable.​

Initial Consultation - 50min £50

Explore your individual stress patterns in a supportive space. Initial consultation is designed to understand your needs and set the foundation for your healing journey. We will begin to get to know your unique nervous system and responses to stress, and explore tools for stress reduction, ease, and resilience.

Consultation - 40min £40

Consultation combines education on the nervous system and practical tools to explore and adjust routines and habits that contribute to stress. We will explore daily habits that aid in reducing stress; nervous system care, eating habits, movement, sleep, self-care, and relational aspects of your day to day.

Private Somatic Class - 40min £40

In your private class you can explore and learn effective techniques for stress processing and release, tailored to your unique experiences. Discover tools for enhancing sleep quality, release physical tension, and cultivating a sense of calm, presence, and vitality.

Integrative Somatic Therapy Session - 60min £70

Experience trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming mind-body therapy sessions that integrates various therapeutic modalities to address deeper roots of burnout, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress and related symptoms such as anxiety, overwhelm and low mood. Together, we will work on rewiring your nervous system, processing emotions, addressing thought patterns and beliefs, and exploring relational dynamics impacting your well-being and stress levels.

For deep somatic work that addresses root causes, committing to regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions is beneficial. However, you can end our work together whenever it no longer feels beneficial for you. You can choose a monthly rolling payment for 5% discount.

Holistic lifestyle consultations and exercise plans for incorporating movement and exercise into your daily life. Suitable for individuals who are experiencing high levels of stress and want to utilise movement as a tool for lowering stress, building resilience, and increasing energy levels naturally. Movement and exercise promote overall wellbeing; they lower systemic inflammation, improve the quality of sleep, enchance mood, and aid in balancing hormones, however need to be tailored for individual circumstances and capacty to recover.
