At Integara Therapy, I specialise in integrative somatic therapy tailored to address the roots of chronic stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm and exhaustion. My personalised, relational and holistic yet practical approach combines nervous system care and recalibration, self-exploration through mind-body modalities, and lifestyle adjustments to foster ease, authenticity, resilience, and vitality. With a focus on nature-aligned tools grounded in evidence, I support clients in processing accumulated stress, exploring deeper insights, stabilising energy levels, and creating lasting change.
